Email Signature Setup Guide

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (Settings)
  2. Select "See all settings"
  3. Scroll down to the "Signature" section
  4. Click "Create new" and give it a name
  5. Paste your signature HTML code directly into the editor
  6. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Go to File > Options > Mail
  2. Click "Signatures..."
  3. Click "New" to create a signature
  4. Switch to HTML mode in the editor
  5. Paste your signature HTML code
  6. Set as default for new messages and replies

Outlook Web (Office 365)

  1. Click the gear icon and select "View all Outlook settings"
  2. Go to Mail > Compose and reply
  3. Under "Email signature", create a new signature
  4. Use the code view (</>) to paste HTML
  5. Save your changes

Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Open Mail preferences (Mail > Preferences)
  2. Go to the "Signatures" tab
  3. Select your account and click "+"
  4. Paste your signature (Mail will convert HTML automatically)
  5. Drag to reorder or set as default

Thunderbird

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Select your email account
  3. Check "Attach this signature" and choose HTML
